Washington, Muharram 14, 1436, Nov 7, 2014, SPA -- US President Barack Obama on Friday said he would discuss cooperation with Republicans in Congress after the party took control of the upper Senate in elections this week. "Good ideas don't necessarily come from just one party," dpa cited Obama, a Democrat, who is due to host leaders of both parties in Congress for talks at the White House later Friday, as saying. Discussions would include boosting manufacturing, trade, education and other potential areas of cooperation, Obama said before a separate meeting with his cabinet. His cabinet would focus on improving government services, he said, after Tuesday's election result showed widespread dissatisfaction with government policies. -- SPA 20:14 LOCAL TIME 17:14 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/1292500
