BUCHAREST, Jumada II 7, 1432, May 10, 2011, SPA - Romania's defense ministry says a soldier has died after a bomb blast in southern Afghanistan. The ministry says Catalin Ionel Marinescu died Tuesday of wounds he sustained after an improvised explosive device went off as he was inspecting a footbridge in Zabul province.
