MAIDAN SHAR, Afghanistan, Rajab 13, 1432, Jun 15, 2011, SPA - An Afghan official says eight people have been killed and four wounded in a suicide attack in the northeastern Kapisa province. Provincial spokesman Halim Ayar says the attacker blew himself up about 220 yards (200 meters) from the office of Governor Azizul Rahman Tawab on Wednesday. Ayar says four of the dead were police officers and four were civilians.
