Washington, Jumada Al-Awwal 20, 1432, April 24, 2011, SPA -- The United States late Saturday hailed the acceptance of the Yemeni government and Yemeni opposition for the plan submitted by the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) to resolve the political crisis in Yemen in a peaceful and orderly manner. The White House said it supported "a peaceful transfer of power in Yemen that is responsive to the aspirations of the Yemeni people."
