Islamabad, Rajab 18, 1432, Jun 20, 2011, SPA - Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has affirmed that dialogue and negotiations are the best solution to the decades-long Kashmir dispute between Pakistan and India. He made these remarks during a visit to the part of Kashmir (Azad Kashmir), which is under Pakistan's sovereignty. Gilani said the self-determination is the legitimate right of the Kashmiri people, which has been recognized by the UN Security Council and it passed a relevant resolution in this context. "Pakistan has been pursuing a policy of peace and improving relations with all countries, especially the neighboring countries including India," the Pakistani Prime Minister said.
