Beirut, Shawwal 6, 1432, Sep 4, 2011, SPA - Lebanon's Minister of Interior and Municipalities Marwan Charbel has described as "good" the situation of security and stability in his country. In an interview broadcast this morning by the Voice of Lebanon Radio, he played down some isolated incidents here and there and said the country is living in bliss.
