Al-Naseriyah, Iraq, Safar 04, 1432, Jan 08, 2011, SPA -- Three gunmen were killed today while trying to booby-trap a car in Iraq's city of Naseriyah. The Head of the security committee of the Council of the Naseriyah Governorate Sajad Sharhan said in a statement today:"Three gunmen were killed Friday evening by a car bomb at a house in the railway area near the train station in the central Naseriyah, while they were preparing for booby-trapping." Sharhan explained that the car was loaded with large quantities of unexploded materials, pointing out that the house was completely destroyed.
