BERLIN, Muharram 19, 1432, Dec 25, 2010, SPA -- A German consultant has died after the vehicle he was traveling in was attacked in northern Afghanistan, the German government said. The Development Aid Ministry said there were four people in the vehicle when it was shot at Friday in Qhashqargan. A consultant for Germany's state-owned KfW development bank was fatally injured and an Afghan colleague lightly injured, it was quoted as saying by the Associated Press.
