Brussels, May 5, 2010, SPA -- NATO's next summit is to be held in Lisbon on November 19-20, dpa quoted the alliance's secretary general as saying today. The summit is meant to approve a new strategy for the 28-member grouping to deal with the expected security threats of the 21st century.
