Meanwhile, in a statement preceding committee's meeting, US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton said that she believed indirect negotiations would be launched by the "beginning of next week." The American administration is looking forward an Arab support for Abbas to carry on with the negotiations which will eventually lead to direct talks between Palestinians and Israelis to resolve all complicated issues, Clinton said. Israeli sources are saying that American Special Envoy to the Middle East George Mitchell would be heading to the region next Monday to help re-launch negotiations between the two ends.
