Baghdad, March 15, 2010, SPA -- A police officer says a suicide car bomber killed three people and wounded 24 when his vehicle exploded in a busy street during the morning rush hour in western Iraq. The officer says the bombing, shortly before 9 a.m. on Monday, took place in Fallujah, 40 miles (65 kilometers) west of Baghdad.
