BAGHDAD, August 10, SPA -- Iraqi officials say at least 32 people have been killed and dozens wounded in a string of bombings near the northern city of Mosul and Baghdad. Police and hospital officials say the deadliest strike wasa double truck bombing that killed at least 23 and woundedmore than 120 near Mosul. The Associated Press quoted these officials as saying that the two trucks exploded nearly simultaneously andless than 500 yards (450 meters) apart at about 5 a.m. Officials also say bombs exploded early Monday in threeneighborhoods in Baghdad.
