MAKHACHKALA, Russia, December 04, SPA -- An Interior Ministry spokesman says a civilian has been killed and four senior police officers have been wounded by an unidentified gunman in a province in southern Russia. Mark Tolchinsky of the ministry"s branch in the province of Dagestan said the attacker entered a cafe where the officers were having a dinner and fired at them at point blank range Thursday. Tolchinsky said Friday the four officers were hospitalized with heavy wounds after the attack in the town of Khasavyurt.
