BRUSSELS, September 15, SPA -- Upcoming nuclear talks with Iran will likely be held in Turkey, the EU's chief diplomatJavier Solana said Tuesday. Solana said he expected to «achieve the most» at theOctober 1 meeting because the United States will formallyparticipate for the first time in the nuclear talks, according to a report of The Associated Press. «I think that has to be evaluated positively by theIranians,» Solana told reporters.
