Luxembourg, Oct 3, SPA -- British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said Monday that crisis talks between European Union foreign ministers over how to bring Turkey into the EU were in trouble, suggesting entry talks with Ankara may not start as planned later in the day. "Negotiations are hard and difficult," Straw toldreporters. He said it was "by no means certain" TurkishForeign Minister Abdullah Gul would come to Luxembourg toopen the EU membership talks that were due to start at 5p.m. (1500GMT).
