KABUL, January 06, 2010 (SPA) - An explosion struck foreign troops in eastern Afghanistan on Wednesday, killing at least two Afghan civilians and wounding many, including nine U.S. service members, U.S. and Afghan officials said. Master Sergeant Jeff Lotfin, a spokesman for the U.S. military and the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force, said two Afghan civilians were killed in the blast in Nangarhar province.
