KANDAHAR, Afghanistan, August 29 (SPA) - A suicide bomberwearing an explosive vest attacked a patrol of Western andAfghan troops in southern Afghanistan on Saturday, killing atleast two civilians and wounding 21, district officials said. Abdul Qayum, governor of Sha Joy district in Zabulprovince, told Reuters the attacker struck as troops werepatrolling a market in the district.
