"Netanyahu's remarks have sabotaged all initiatives,paralysed all efforts being made and challenges the Palestinian,Arab and American positions," said Nabil Abu Rdainah, notingNetanyahu's demand that Jerusalem be the undivided capital ofIsrael and that Palestinian refugees not be allowed into Israel.
