London, May 15, 2010, SPA -- British Prime Minister David Cameron will have his first meeting with a foreign leader when he sits down with Afghan President Hamid Karzai. Cameron's Downing Street office says the leaders will meet Saturday at Chequers, the country residence of the British prime minister, according to a report of the Associated Press. A Downing Street spokeswoman said Karzai is stopping in Britain on his way back from the United States, where he met with President Barack Obama.
