Kuwait, December 16, 2009, SPA -- Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) Jassem Al-Kharafi on Wednesday turned a session on non-cooperation with Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah into a closed-door meeting upon the government"s request. Minister of Communication and Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs Dr. Mohammad Al-Busairi had requested turning the session into a closed one according to article 69 of the parliament"s standing order.
