ANKARA, Turkey, March 25, SPA -- Police say an explosion in a city insoutheastern Turkey has killed one person and wounded twoothers. Police say the cause of the blast outside a buildinghousing businesses in Mardin city, is still underinvestigation. A police spokesman declined to say whetherthe blast was caused by a bomb.
