Beirut, March 27, SPA -- Lebanese foreign minister Fawzi Salloukh left here today for Doha to participate in the preparatory ministerial meeting for the Arab summit. The preparatory meeting due to be held at the level of foreign ministers will review the paper submitted by Arab League's secretary general Amr Mousa.
