BAGHDAD, February 10, SPA -- French President Nicolas Sarkozy hasarrived in Baghdad on his first trip to Iraq. The French leader was received Tuesday by Iraqi PresidentJalal Talabani in a welcoming ceremony shown on Iraqi statetelevision.
