KABUL, Afghanistan, October 27, SPA -- An Afghan official says that asuicide bomber wearing a police uniform has killed anAmerican soldier and wounded six other people. Gov. Abdul Jabar Akbin of Baghlan province says the bomberstruck inside a police compound Monday while Americans weremeeting with Afghan officials.
