KABUL, July 02 (SPA) - A suicide car bomber targeted aconvoy of foreign troops on Wednesday in southern Afghanistan,police said. The attack happened on a road leading to Spin Boldak, atown near the border with Pakistan, said border policecommander Abdul Razaq, adding he had no information aboutcasualties among the troops.
