GOMA, Congo, November 15, SPA -- A U.N. special envoy trying to resolvethe simmering crisis in eastern Congo has arrived in thecountry's capital Kinshasa for talks with the president. U.N. mission spokesman Madnodje Mounoubai says formerNigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo will hold talks withPresident Joseph Kabila. He says Obasanjo is also due to fly later Saturday toGoma, the main city in North Kivu province which has beenworst hit by the crisis.
