MOSCOW, November 25, SPA -- Russian news agencies say an explosion hashit a car in St. Petersburg and killed three people. The cause of the blast Tuesday was not immediately clear. State-run RIA-Novosti cited city emergency officials assaying that two people died at the scene of the explosion,including a small child, and an injured victim died shortlyafterward.
