BAGHDAD, September 23, SPA -- Iraqi officials say two roadside bombsapparently targeting Iraqi security forces struck differentareas in Baghdad. At least one civilian has been killed andseven wounded. A police officer says the first explosion took place innorthern Baghdad as a police patrol passed through thearea. He says it missed its target and hit a civilian car,wounding four people.
