New York, Sept 25, SPA -- Prince Saud al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister, met here last night separately with each of Franco Frattini, Samuel Santo Lopez and Miguel Angel Maratonos, the foreign ministers of Italy, Nicaragua and Spain respectively.
