Cairo, May 11, SPA -- Prince Saud al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister and Head of the Saudi delegation to the extraordinary meeting of the Arab Foreign Ministers, met here today Ahmad Abul-Ghait and Yousef bin Alawi, the foreign ministers of Egypt and Oman respectively. They reviewed the current developments in the region notably situations at the Lebanese and Palestinian arenas.
