BAGHDAD, September 11, SPA -- Iraqi authorities say a bomb concealed in apickup truck belonging to the Iraqi housing ministry haskilled three employees and wounded three others. Police and medics say the bomb went off Thursday morningin Baghdad's Sadr City.
