MANILA, Philippines, June 07, SPA -- Communist rebels attacked a government militia outpost Saturday in the northernPhilippines, provoking a clash in which three guerrillaswere killed, police said. The rebels stormed the encampment outside the mountaintownship of Sallapadan, said Abra provincial police chiefSenior Superintendent Alexander Pumecha.
