BEIRUT, Lebanon, July 21, SPA -- Syria's foreign minister Walid al-Moallem's has arrived for talks with President Michel Suleiman on relations between the two neighboring countries. It is the first official visit to Lebanon by a seniorSyrian official in more than three years. Al-Moallem is expected to hand Suleiman an invitation fromSyrian President Bashar Assad to visit Damascus.
