KANDAHAR, Afghanistan, Feb 18 , SPA -- A suicide car bombertargeting a Canadian military convoy detonated hisexplosives at a busy market in southern Afghanistan,killing 35 civilians, ap quoted police sources as saying. At least 28 people were wounded in the attack in SpinBoldak, a town in Kandahar province near the border withPakistan, said Abdul Razeq, the Spin Boldak border policechief. Two Canadian soldiers were wounded, he said. The attack comes one day after Afghanistan's deadliestbombing since the fall of the Taliban in 2001.
