DHARMSALA, India, May 03, SPA -- The Tibetan government-in-exilesays talks between Chinese officials and envoys of theexiled Tibetan spiritual leader will begin Sunday in whatwould be the first meeting between the two sides sinceviolent anti-government protests erupted in Tibet in March. Prime Minister Samdhong Rimpoche of the India-basedTibetan government-in-exile says envoys are to arrive inHong Kong on Saturday and travel to the neighboring city ofShenzhen for meetings to begin Sunday.
