MANILA, Philippines, June 14, SPA -- Government troops overran a key guerrilla camp and killed four communist rebels in pre-dawn clashes Saturday in the northern and southern Philippines, a military spokesman said. Soldiers battled about 60 New People's Army guerrillas forabout three hours before capturing a regional rebelheadquarters outside Quezon township in southern Bukidnonprovince, said armed forces spokesman Lt.
