COLOMBO, Sri Lanka, December 08, SPA -- Tamil Tiger rebels and government soldiers clashed in two areas of Sri Lanka's volatile north, killing four insurgents and one solder, the military said Saturday. One soldier died and two others were wounded Friday in askirmish in Vavuniya district, a defense ministry officialsaid on condition of anonymity, citing ministryregulations.
