NEW DELHI, April 09, SPA -- India's External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee is to visit Pakistan next month for the firstofficial talks between the South Asian neighboring countries since the change of government in Islamabad, the Associated Press reported. Mukherjee will hold talks reviewing the three-yeardialogue between the two countries, focusing on borderdisputes, trade, cultural relations, counter-terrorism andfighting drug trafficking.
