ROSTOV-ON-DON, Russia, June 17, SPA -- Russian authorities' say rebels in Chechnya have burned a Russian armoredvehicle. The regional branch of Russia's Interior Ministry saysthat a group of rebels fired rocket-propelled grenades atthe vehicle in the southern village of Bamut late Monday.
