Riyadh, March 4, SPA -- The participants of the seminar on the translation of the Prophet's Sunnah and Biography, have strongly condemned re-publication of caricatures of Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him, by the Danish newspapers. In a statement, issued here yesterday, they made it clear that re-publishing the caricatures runs counter to the teachings of the heavenly religions and the international treaties. Warning against the adverse impact of re-publishing the caricatures, they urged the international community, notably the Danish government and organizations, to respect the treaties and conventions. The participants of the seminar called on the Muslim nations, governments and organizations to voice opposition to any act that may offend the Prophet through the legal means.
