MANILA, Philippines, June 22, SPA -- A Philippine governor says 59people have drowned in one central province that has beenbattered by Typhoon Fengshen. Gov. Neil Tupaz of Iloilo province says another 40 peopleare missing there. Fengshen has lashed the Philippines for a second daySunday, killing at least 80 people as it submerged entirecommunities and capsized a passenger ferry carrying morethan 740 passengers and crew, according to a report of the Associated Press.
