KABUL, Afghanistan, March 31, SPA -- A blast struck a NATO patrol in southern Afghanistan, killing two British soldiers, aspokesman for the force said Monday. The troops were airlifted to a military hospital afterthey were caught in the explosion during a routine patrolSunday in the volatile southern part of the country whereTaliban fighters are active, NATO said in a statement. Bothdied at the hospital of their injuries, the Associated Press reported. Lt. Col.
