ISLAMABAD, JAN 11, SPA -- President Pervez Musharraf has sympathised with Maldives President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom over an attempt on his life. In a message, Musharraf said he and the people of Pakistan were deeply distressed to learn about the assassination attempt on Gayoom during a recent visit to an atoll.
