ISLAMABAD, March 1, SPA -- Pakistani police on Saturdayformally accused the top Taliban leader in the country ofplanning the assassination of opposition leader BenazirBhutto, AP reported. Police filed preliminary charges in court againstBaitullah Mehsud, whom the Pakistani government named as asuspect in the Dec. 27 killing of Bhutto.
