BAGHDAD, Aug 05, SPA -- Mortar shells rained down on a residential neighborhood of eastern Baghdad early Sunday, killing eleven civilians and wounding 15, police said. At least three mortars hit the Mashtal area, on theeastern side of the Tigris River, a police officer said oncondition of anonymity out of security concerns.
