ISLAMABAD, AUG 06, SPA -- US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia Richard Boucher will arrive in Pakistan in the middle of August to discuss important security and political issues with the local leadership, officials said. Boucher will call on President General Pervez Musharraf, Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz and Foreign Minister Khurshid M.
