Munster, Germany, August 27, SPA -- The Defense ministers of Germany and Singapore were scheduled to meet later today to discuss military cooperation, a spokesman for the German armed forces said. The talks between Franz Josef Jung and Teo Chee Hean were taking place at an army tank unit training complex near the north German town of Munster, the spokesman was quoted as saying by DPA.
