BAGHDAD, September 23, SPA -- A soldier was killed and another wounded when a roadside bomb hit their patrol in eastern Baghdad, the U.S. military announced in a statement Sunday. It said the incident took place Saturday and identifiedthe roadside bomb as an explosive-formed penetrator. The identity of the soldier was not released pendingnotification of relatives.
