Kathmandu, June 25, SPA -- One person was killed and another wounded in a bomb blast in restive southern Nepal, police said Monday. The explosion came as Maoists vandalized offices and vehicles in south-eastern Nepal to enforce their strike to protest the killing of one of their leaders by a rival political group. Police said unidentified assailants in a jeep hurled a small bomb near a police station in the town of Malanguwa in Sarlahi district, about 120 kilometers south-east of the Nepalese capital Kathmandu, onSunday night. Police said the explosion killed a government employee and wounded a 13-year-old boy, DPA reported.--SPA www.spa.gov.sa/462109
