Manila, July 30, SPA -- Two soldiers and two civilians were killed in a clash between government troops and communist rebels in an eastern Philippine town, the military said Monday. Lieutenant Colonel Rhoderick Parayno, a regional military spokesman, said the fighting erupted late Sunday when communist rebels attacked patrolling troops in Juban town in Sorosogon province, 375 kilometres south-east of Manila.
